Private yoga, tailored just for you.

Everybody’s body is different, and so the yoga that we practice should reflect our individual physical needs and life circumstances.

Yoga that’s the right fit means you’ll be a calmer parent, a more patient partner and optimise mental health and physical performance in your everyday life.

A tailored yoga practice for your body means you’ll reap the benefits of better sleep,  reduced muscular aches and pains, improved posture, strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

No one size fits all

Private yoga classes step away from the “one size fits all” approach that group classes are limited by and provides the space to adapt each practice to your needs and curiosity.

Navigate injuries and illnesses

The most useful part of my knowledge is understanding how to navigate injuries, give you modifications and keep you moving safely so that you can experience more freedom and less pain.

Progress at your own pace

Yoga that’s tailored just for you means your practice will progress much faster. When the attention is all on you, what is achieved over months or years of studio classes can be experienced at your own pace in a matter of weeks or months.

Everyone can benefit from yoga

The benefits of yoga for people with disability are stress relief, improved emotional regulation, social connectedness and sense of belonging, all while gently strengthening and stretching the body.

In each session we work through physical postures to keep the body moving, increasing strength and improving range of motion, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to bring about a state of calm.
