Private yoga classes step away from the “one size fits all” approach that group classes are limited by and provides the space to adapt each practice to your needs and curiosity.

The most useful part of my knowledge is understanding how to navigate injuries, give you modifications and keep you moving safely so that you can experience more freedom and less pain.

Yoga that’s tailored just for you means your practice will progress much faster. When the attention is all on you, what is achieved over months or years of studio classes can be experienced at your own pace in a matter of weeks or months.

How do these classes work?

  • For in person classes I come to you in the comfort and privacy of your own home or office
  • Studio bookings or online via Zoom are also available
  • Classes are booked as a casual one off, or as a 5 class pack
  • Couples, small groups and special events availble on request

Accessible Yoga

Everyone can benefit from yoga

The benefits of yoga for people with disability are stress relief, improved emotional regulation, social connectedness and sense of belonging, all while gently strengthening and stretching the body. 

In each session we work through physical postures to keep the body moving, increasing strength and improving range of motion, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to bring about a state of calm.
