Private yoga classes step away from the “one size fits all” approach that group classes are limited by and provide the space to adapt each practice to your individual needs. 

Yoga that’s tailored just for you means your practice will progress much faster. When the attention is all on you, what is achieved over months or years of studio classes can be experienced at your own pace in a matter of weeks or months. 

With a supportive and individualised approach in one on one sessions you can start to experience subtle positive changes that impact your everyday life for the better. 

One on one, couples or small group bookings are available in person in the comfort of your own home, or in the studio.

How do these classes work?

  • For in person classes I come to you in the comfort and privacy of your own home or office
  • Online via Zoom is also available
  • Studio bookings also an option
  • Classes are booked as a casual one off, or as a 5 class pack
